At this time, any person with city-related business, not scheduled on the agenda, may speak to the City Council. In compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, the City Council is limited to making a statement of specific factual information in response to the inquiry, or reciting existing policy, but may not discuss, deliberate, or take any action on any item. 2. Resolution R2026-01 Adopting Revised Rules and Regulations for the El Campo Civic Center; Providing for Administration and Enforcement; and Replacing and Superseding any Prior Policies

3. Discussion and Consideration of the Purchase of a Frazer Type 1 Ambulance in the amount of $262,975.00
